1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the mobile apps, games, websites, and related services provided by Sorano Apps Limited (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and platform policies.
3. Accounts
Some apps may not require an account. Where an account exists, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are processed by the platform operators (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Pricing, billing, taxes, and refunds follow the applicable platform terms and laws. We generally cannot process refunds directly outside the platform.
5. Digital items
One-time digital items and content delivered through the Service, including items granted immediately upon purchase, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are provided for use within the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules, sales of one-time digital items are final. This section does not limit any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law or the terms of the relevant platform. You can manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in your account settings with the platform through which you purchased it.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws, infringe rights, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code except where allowed by law.
- Do not misuse the Service, including cheating, automation, or unauthorized access.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law or platform rules, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. AI-generated features
Some Services include artificial intelligence features, automated characters, or generated content. Responses are generated by software, not by a human, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unavailable.
AI-generated content is provided for general information, entertainment, or personal reflection only. It does not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. The Service is not an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support service.
Certain AI-enabled Services may have a minimum age requirement stated in the relevant app, store listing, or in-app notice. You must meet the applicable age requirement to use those Services.
9. User Content
You retain any rights you may have in prompts, messages, images, files, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and use User Content only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service, comply with applicable law, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others. Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, we do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created for you. AI-generated content may not be unique, and similar content may be generated for other users.
10. Intellectual property
Except for User Content and as otherwise stated in these Terms, all rights in the Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of your country, state, or region of habitual residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
